Wow wow wow! Caught this super neat Spode doing his job outside our kitchen window. So fortunate to catch him just before he started wrapping up his food.
Like most people I have a somewhat healthy fear of spiders, namely when they touch me mostly, but there’s very little as cool as watching a wild creature of any kind doing what it was made to do. We get a lot of pests in the country so, even though they freak me out and webs aren’t fun to run into constantly, I’m still happy to have these guys as natural pest control!
