Jill Wyatt Marshall Estate Sales Our services include Estate Sales, Down-sizing Sales, Reorganizing, Redecorating (with your décor) I do EVERYTHING from that moment on! Here's what I do:

Here's what YOU do:
1 Contact Jill for a free, on-sight consultation for an Estate or Downsizing sale.
2 PLEASE--DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY!! Many people throw out very valuable items that they consider "trash"...besides, that's what you hire ME for!
3 Once you hand me the keys....your work, stress and worry is over. Sort, clean, price and display EVERYTHING.
2. Set aside any items the family ha

s selected before the sale...PLUS any documents, mail, bills, letters, keys, photos, valuables, money, etc. (Anything I would want to save if I was in your place.)
3. Throw away all trash.
4. Give family the opportunity to see EVERYTHING before sale begins.
5. Advertise and conduct the sale.
6. Donate any unsold items to charity.
7. Return your keys along with a check and paperwork for your records.

If you are ever in need of someone to conduct an estate sale, Jill, Matt, and their employees are the ones to use. These people are consummate professionals. Organized, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate....I cannot say enough. They took on the overwhelming (to me) task of disposing of over 60 years of collecting, not only in my parents' home, but in two huge downtown buildings as well.
