Hi friends!

The last time we posted on Facebook, it was just us—Nikki and Garrett—taking on the world. We wrapped up photographing a beautiful wedding together, business was picking up, and we were having so much fun! Our momentum was growing.

But then, a few days after sharing some of those wedding photos, we found out there was going to be a baby inspired heart! 🥹🥰 As it turns out, pregnancy and newborn parent life is prettttty distracting (in the best way).

The cutest inspired heart has been here for a little over half a year now, and we are finally starting to think a little more clearly again (lol). We’re still here to capture your sweet moments! Even through the early parent days, we’ve had a few sessions that just haven’t been shared online. But we’re here, we’re ready, and we want to help you remember these days! Let’s make it happen! 🫶

Yesterday was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been part of. Cassidy and I were two peas in a pod in high school — and it’s been so fun reconnecting and reminiscing while also making so many new memories these last few months. Our NEW camera is HERE! And our dogs are not too happy about pausing muddy-day playtime to showcase its power. 🤣 These photos are straight out of the camera — no editing or retouching (as evidenced by the dirt on Luna’s not-so-clean face). We are over the moon about this upgrade and can’t wait for our upcoming sessions and to really explore the capabilities of this new gear.
