I am a Sacramento area pet photographer with a passion for all things pets, photography, and my community. It's my mission to help as many pet parents as I can to capture what makes their furbabies unique, and turn it into incredible art to be proudly displayed in their homes. I specialize in on-location natural light pet portrait photography. I have lived in the greater Sacramento area my entire

life, and wouldn't choose to live anywhere else! With gorgeous year-round weather and incredible outdoor parks and vistas, there are unlimited locations to use as backgrounds for your photographs. Pets have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have experience and am comfortable around just about any animal you can find - dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, livestock, birds. I have experience with dog training, and am pet CPR certified, so your pets are safe with me!

I know I've been less active on social media this year, but I'm so thankful for all of my wonderful clients who have continued to support this business of mine.

As we get closer to the holiday season, I wanted to make sure I gave you all some updates:
🎄 I have ONE spot left for my tree farm minis on Sunday 10/26 - if you're interested, message me to book.

📅 I only have a few dates available for signature sessions for the rest of 2025. If you'd like to get on my calendar for this year, message me ASAP to grab one of those dates.

🗃️ I'll be off in December, available for very limited dates in January and early February, and then off the middle of February to the middle of March.

🌷 I'm already booking sessions for early 2026, so if you're considering a session with your pet in the spring, I highly recommend you get on my calendar sooner rather than later.

🐾 And, of course, if your pet is elderly or ill and needs an emergency session, please still message me to book. I will always adjust my schedule to fit in urgent sessions.

The results of this year's were announced earlier this month, and I'm excited to share I received a Bronze Distinction on this portrait of Arawn in the snow! I don't enter a lot of photography competitions, but I always make time for this one each year because it's judged by some of the absolute best pet photographers in the world, and incorporating their feedback will hopefully make me a better photographer not just for competitions like this but also for my amazing clients.

I've been photographing Dottie since she participated in my Tails of Sacramento book project in 2020. Her mom reached out recently to schedule a session focused on Dottie playing Frisbee (one of her greatest loves in life), and I was excited for us to get some great action shots. Before each throw, Dottie and her mom always shake, and I love that I was able to capture this fun little part of their routine!
