Friday night lights are coming back soon! So here’s a different kind of Friday night lights, and extra noise from the Titan Aerobatic Team in their T-6s. Love that radial engine music!

The US Navy Blue Angel solos Opposing Vertical Pitch to Opposing Roll sequence is fun to watch. Precise timing and teamwork on full display!

Wokka wokka wokka…Is there truly any more iconic and instantly recognizable sound in aviation history than the one from this helicopter? Long live the mighty UH-1 Huey! Great to see one of these legendary aircraft still in service with the New York State Police, honestly a highlight of Jones Beach each year is the dawn patrol along the shore by this bird before the main show starts.

Nothing like a little mid day Mustang music to help push through the workday I always say😎. P-51 Mustang ‘Plum Crazy’ with a low pass along the tree line up into a graceful victory roll. The P-51 is one of my favorites, hard to beat the feelings that Rolls Royce/Packard Merlin engine invokes!

⚓️🇺🇸 Meet the legendary PBJ Mitchell “Devil Dog”—a beautifully restored World War II warbird honoring the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy aviators who flew these twin-engine bombers across the Pacific Theater. Originally built as a North American B-25 Mitchell, this aircraft now proudly represents the PBJ-1J, preserving the legacy of the heroes who served during WWII.

History doesn’t just belong in museums—it belongs in the sky.

🎥 Have you ever seen the Devil Dog fly?

The Jack Aces P-51 team made their Oshkosh debut this year, and they were incredible as always! One P-51 Mustang is amazing, three performing formation aerobatics is next level awesome! Listen to the sound of THREE Packard Merlin engines singing overhead.

The Northern Stars Aerobatic Team was a highlight of Osh26 for me. The three Pitts Special team aerobatics are very reminiscent of the old 90s teams flying the Pitts biplanes and the pilots bring alot of experience to the table.

The Sail4th250 celebration is already a month past, but the memories of the event still remain. Like this formation of a KC-135 Stratotanker and a flight of four F-35A Lightning IIs. An already beautiful formation made even better with the New York City skyline.

A Corsair I was all too happy to see arrive. Had some great history seeing this FG-1D Corsair ‘Godspeed’ fly at WWII Weekend and rip overhead during tail chases with an A6M2 Zero at New Garden in the past. Now based further away, it’s a rare occurrence to see her fly so I’ll take what I can get.

Jarrod Lindemann of RAD Aerosports puts on an awesome show in the ultra unique Jet Waco. That is in fact a Taperwing Waco biplane with a jet engine mounted below the fuselage…probably my all time favorite civilian airshow act! Seeing this thing in action in person is a must. Currently sponsored by Black Rifle Coffee, Jarrod flew several shows at Oshkosh this year.
