Merry Christmas to all of you!

I’m so overwhelmed with each year that passes with this gift I have been given that enables me to meet so many beautiful people through the means of photographing special events and loved ones in your lives, while still living my vocation as a wife and mother first and foremost.

I know that God has placed all of you in my life to further me in my journey towards him, in some way. You have shared your experiences and love of your faith with me, and in turn I have been able to do the same with you. This is unbelievable in most settings of the 21st century!

I know that I have the most pure and wonderful Brides and Grooms & Families as my clients, and I pray for you all every single day and appreciate you so much! 🤍

I am years behind in posting the last few months worth of engagement sessions, so I’ll be playing catch up over the winter..! But first I’m highlighting Bryanna and Zack because I just got their ‘save-the-date’ in the mail yesterday and it always makes me so happy to get those in the mail!!! 🥹 They had one of the most epic fall days of the entire year, and we met at Morraine park, which is really just down the road for us. It was a photographers dream because not only was the light, weather and location great.. but the couple was as perfect as it gets 🤍 I can’t wait for their wedding in May!!

I just loved every second of this wedding and these people. Katey and Nick are the coolest couple: dual military, totally in love, faith centered, and FUN. This blog post could have easily had a hundred more photos - do not miss this one!!!!! I absolutely loved working with you two!!! 🤍

I’m still totally speechless from Friday’s wedding and got chills when retelling it to some family on Saturday morning!!! “Gorgeous” doesn’t cut it. It was just so beautiful and intentional, I can’t wait to blog about it. Here’s a quick sneak peek for now of Kevin & Jillian’s wedding day!!

We’re still unpacking a good bit over here (feels like it might never end..) and ironically Austin located my rain boots on Friday afternoon, about two hours before Carolyn and Hunter’s engagement session in Pittsburgh which was SO KEY to this shot and so many others in this location! I had such a great time hiking with them for some good photos and am excited for their wedding in August!!

June is the month of engagement sessions for me and here’s a sneak peak of the latest!!! Britani & Hunter chose Hartwood Acres and it was my European dream location come true! Basically the Pennsylvania version of Downtown Abbey 😍 - I had so much fun with them and am excited for their wedding in October!

Wedding season for me starts in just two weeks!!! I can’t believe the second half of 2023 is almost here, time goes by too quick. I am so excited for them all though and have been really enjoying all my engagement sessions and getting to know my couples before their special days! Last nights engagement session was so beautiful, I can’t wait to share a few sneak peaks later this week!

Nothing like a Friday night sneak peak post of a sweet couple who’s less than five months away from their wedding day! ✨ I had a hard time narrowing down a few to share because there’s so many good ones from this engagement session at Raccoon State Park and Downtown Steubenville!! Katrina and Stephen, you guys are pros!!

I usually spend January and February working on behind the scene business organization and goals.. and this year is no different!! I’m so excited to get to work predominantly back on the east coast and I can’t wait to see what God’s plan for my photography business is in 2023! Thank you all so much for your constant support and love for my passion turned business in this little corner of the social media world. I appreciate you all so much, am always missing my past clients from all over the WORLD(!) and wish everyone a beautiful and successful 2023! ✨

Christmas needs a spot on my feed, regardless of the busy. This Advent felt especially hectic and not very peaceful at all… mainly because of our big move + amount of adjustments and general lack of time to do very much at all. I literally had a paper list of all these things I wanted to do for Advent, especially prayer time alone….

Ask me how the plans are going 😅…

Based on the excitement in my house and daily countdown though, I’d say that somehow we succeeded in having our kids feel prepared. Although the cookies are basically gone, and I almost lost my mind decorating them WITH the kids… I decided to pull out my camera at home for the first time in a while and just go with it last week.
….I’m so happy I did that. The happiness on Evie’s face brings me joy to look at now. Slowing down to actually take the picture was also a lesson that I should just be doing that more often anyways. ❤️🎄
