Yesterday was the *most* fun day with Izzy and Matt - to tide you over while I edit some wedding photos, I present you with their engagement session I don’t think I ever shared. I’m having trouble finding the words to describe the *VISION* that is this design by the always incredible . The venue and decor, Ashley’s accessories, the vendors they curated (and I so so so luckily got to work alongside). Dizzyingly romantic. I can’t wait to share 1,000 more photos from this afternoon but until then, everyone go tell Ali and Sam and Renee that they’re beautiful and talented and happy 10th birthday to their amazing company!!!

Morgan & Dan on the most gorgeous, snowy winter day at Mansions on Fifth. Morgan wore a dress handmade by a friend, they filled every room with dozens of candles, there was pizza and cookies and diiiirty martinis and a Bad Bunny medley on the dance floor. The entire wedding day was just warm and cozy and so full of intention and love. This one will forever hold a special place in my heart ❤️

Heard we’re all throwing it back to 2016? That was the year I spent probably 40% of my waking hours at concerts, photographing anyone and everyone who gave me a press pass. I used a budget DSLR camera with my grandpa’s old film lens on an adapter, spent hours in the pit chatting with venue security, and probably made like $300 total but this is when and where I learned how to really be a photographer. I got to experiment with lighting and motion. I learned how to anticipate moments that couldn’t be recreated. I saw how a split second emotion could be captured. All lessons I apply to how I photograph weddings today.

But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss shows so this is me formally throwing it into the universe that if you’re a musician or a promoter or manage an artist or festival and you need some photos this year, hit me up. (Oh and I have better equipment and better editing skills now!)

Met Izzy and JW at the courthouse to practice being the hottest newlyweds in town and a judge was so impressed she let us into her courtroom to sit at her seat. Iconic. And then we headed over to Hotel Monaco where they’ll *really* seal the deal this year. Also iconic.

I’ll never get over how cool my job is and how stunning you all are. Forever your personal paparazzi 🤩
