vend-her! 🚺✨🆒 ❤︎
wow!!! i truly feel like im finally starting to integrate into portland’s vibrant art community! 🥹 this spring felt like it was a rough patch for me where i was nearing burnout; i was working so freaking hard and seeing such little in return, honestly if anything, just depleting my finances, feeling so stagnant, and most of all, feeling pretty hopeless. with my summer season and vending in full swing i am feeling so much more like myself! i feel incredibly honored to sit in a *temporary* art store of my own talking to new, beautiful humans about my process, hearing their interpretations of my work, and most special of all, knowing the pieces they buy will go into their sacred space, their home. 🥹
i have been through tougher times with less tools in my belt and i know i can get through it all, but wow it does feel good to be on the other side of what felt like a bummer of a time. i feel like the universe is on my side, too, because out of (what i think) about 500 spaces my booth could go in i was randomly assigned space 412 🥹 anytime i see 412 i feel and embrace it as angel numbers from the folks i love and miss back home, it felt so special. 🥹🖤💛
