Sarah is an experienced leader working at the intersection of community, healthcare, and policy, with a passion for building partnerships that make quality care more accessible and equitable.

Together, we photographed headshots that felt more like her. It was such a lovely time spent in the studio, and I can't wait to see how Sarah utilizes her new photos.

We had an idea for this session...

then Trisha walked in and brought it to life.

She’s an orthopedic surgeon, a field that is still a boys’ club in many ways. She has spent years carving her place in it, and helping pave the way for women coming behind her.

But like so many women and healthcare workers we photograph, she hadn’t really stopped to celebrate everything it took to get there.

So we did.

When she came into the studio it all came together. The vision shifted, and it felt like her.

Strong, Feminine, a little dark, but completely badass.

This session ended up inspiring us just as much as we hoped to inspire her, and honestly, it’s huge part of why we wanted to keep creating more during our October Glam Sessions.

Sometimes you come in thinking you’re just going to take pictures with us, and then it becomes so much more. 🖤

As an OBGYN, a mom, and a Virgo through and through, Allie is used to working hard, and caring for others. Always moving on to the next thing.

Four years into her postpartum journey, she shared something we know so many women feel deeply, the mom guilt is REAL. It can feel almost impossible to choose yourself when there is always someone else you could be giving that time to. Who you want to be giving that time to.

When I asked Allie what she wanted to see reflected back in her portraits, the word radiance kept coming up.

Not a different version of herself, but who she is right now. The woman who has spent years caring for others, working incredibly hard to build the life she has, and found her way back to herself through all of it.

And wow, is she radiant🩷♍
