Tomorrow my family closes on the sale of my Nana’s house - the home my Dad practically grew up in, the one we’d stay at whenever we were in Pittsburgh for a visit, the one I even lived in for a few months, the one that holds so many good memories, and also some difficult ones. I’m grateful that we took some time to say goodbye and that my last memories within those walls are of my son chasing and being chased by his Papa; of him flipping that light in the kitchen window off and on, off and on; and playing with the saloon doors that separated the kitchen and the living room. Someone new is moving in and I pray that they fill that house with as much love as we all did. As one chapter ends, one begins. 🤍

My Nana passed away back in October and as my parents were cleaning out her home, they brought me her film camera. Since it is from the mid-80s, we didn’t know how well it worked, or if it would work at all. But we gave it a shot and this past week we got our film back and we were shocked at the quality of the images. So, here are some images I wanted to share with you all! There is nothing like being invited back to capture more memories for our clients. 🤍 Last month, one of our past wedding couples invited us into their home to capture photos of their newest addition. When I walked in, I was welcomed by clients who are far more like friends, and my heart soared seeing our photos framed on the walls of their new home. 🥹 I got to spend some time with them as they settle into being a family of four, and it was time that truly warmed my heart. 🥰

Y’all, social media is hard. 😂
As someone who works full time, owns a business, is a wife, is a Mama to an energetic little boy, and has a load of other things going on, I’m *whooped* at the end of the day. So I just wanna be real for a second, if you’re also feeling this way, you’re not alone. We’re all doing the best we can and we all have to give ourselves a little grace. 🤍 But alas, to feed the beast that is social media, here’s a pic of my little one today. What you don’t see is the tantrum he threw before this because he wanted to run around and play in the parking lot and the tantrum he threw after this because he didn’t want to leave. 😂 We got this Mamas (and Dadas)! 🫶🏻

We’re back baby!!! 🥰 New wedding packages are live on our website!
After a brief hiatus, we’re so excited to be back! 🎉 While our break from weddings was much needed, our family is at a place now where we can take on weddings again; and that’s exciting because we have missed doing weddings so much! We have been honored to be a part of so many wonderful wedding days and we look forward to being a part of many more. 🤍
