🌿A small change to how I share your family’s memories 🌿
With recent changes in legislation surrounding children’s images and online privacy, I’ve made the decision to no longer share recognizable images of children’s faces on my social media or public portfolio, even when a contract includes permission to do so.
As a photographer who specializes in families and children, I know how meaningful it can be to have beautiful photographs to share with grandparents, friends, and loved ones online. I also know how important it is to protect our children’s privacy in an increasingly digital world.
So, moving forward, every full size family and child session will include an additional 5 complimentary “social-media-friendly” images. Mini sessions will include 1 image. These images will be intentionally photographed from angles that preserve the beauty and emotion of the moment while keeping your child’s face unidentifiable.
That means you’ll still have gorgeous, thoughtfully composed images that you can comfortably share with the people you love and I’ll still be able to showcase the heart and artistry of my work while prioritizing the privacy and safety of the children I photograph.
It’s a little change that I hope feels like a win for everyone.
And, as always, if you have questions, specific privacy requests, or something you’d like to discuss before your session, please never hesitate to reach out. Your comfort and your family’s privacy will always matter to me.
