What a fun wedding this weekend celebrating Hanna + Chris at Shady Elms Farm 🤍

Hanna described her vision as whimsical shabby chic, with a love for vintage-inspired details and moments. She really leaned into direct flash + motion blur for that nostalgic, editorial feel—while still wanting everything to stay true to color and timeless (which is exactly where my style shines).

I’m so excited about how everything came together and truly feel like we captured the heart of their day in a way that feels both artistic and authentic. What do you think—did we bring her vision to life?

Also… this was my first wedding incorporating a good amount of film (!!) and I cannot wait to get it developed. I have a feeling it’s going to pair perfectly with the overall vibe of the day ✨

Am I the only one who thinks the first image of this carousel is one of the best from this session? I think it’s the epitome of beautiful chaos. It captures real life and freezes a moment in time when your kids were this age. Life with three boys, I’m sure, can feel like chaos—but it’s also so beautiful at the same time.

As much as you might love that photo of everyone looking at the camera and smiling, these “chaos” images might surprise you.
