Archival products – Where can I find them?

You want to purchase your archival quality products from a reputable source. While these products can be expensive, they are to protect your irreplaceable memorabilia. So the investment is well worth it!

Archival Quality Products – What you need to know!

If you have ever done any scrapbook crafts, you’ve probably heard the terms acid free and lignin free. But what does that mean?

Acid free means that the paper’s pH is 7.0 (neutral) or higher (alkaline). Under normal use and storage, acid free paper will last up to 200 years.
Think about what happens to older newspapers – they turn yellow and become brittle with age. This is caused by lignin and other acids reacting to humidity and temperature.
You can protect your valuable images and other memorabilia by using acid and lignin free storage materials.
