Some days aren’t ideal for photography—but they perhaps invite you to see things differently. 👀
Yesterday I saw a beautiful field of sunflowers, so today’s plan is simple: scout it out. First, I’ll ask permission to photograph the field. If I’m lucky enough to get the go-ahead, I’ll slow down and look beyond the obvious.
I’ll get down to flower level and let the distant sunflowers become the background. I’ll look for individual blooms, interesting textures, and maybe, if I’m fortunate, a bee 🐝 or butterfly 🦋 will stop by just long enough to become part of the story.
Then it’s off to Mullica Hill, where I’ll wander with my camera, photographing storefronts, maybe an old church, a covered porch, or an antique shop—whatever catches my eye.
Photography isn’t always about finding the perfect conditions. Sometimes it’s simply about staying curious and seeing where the day leads.
Let’s see what I discover. 📷🌻✨
