Planning ahead for your newborn session is one of the best ways to ensure a relaxed and stress-free experience after your baby arrives 🤍

At Image Is Everything Studios, we highly recommend pre-booking your newborn session during pregnancy — ideally during your second or early third trimester. Because newborn portraits are best photographed within the first couple of weeks after birth, reserving your session ahead of time allows us to plan around your due date and keep flexibility in our schedule once baby arrives.

Pre-booked clients receive priority scheduling after delivery, which is especially important since our studio books a limited number of newborn sessions each month and we only photograph one newborn per day to allow time for cleaning, preparation, and a calm experience for every family.

Pre-booking also gives us time to:
✨ Plan your session styling and colors
✨ Discuss family and sibling portraits
✨ Prepare wardrobe and accessories
✨ Answer all of your questions before baby arrives

Once your little one is here, all you need to do is contact us within 24 hours of birth and we’ll finalize your session date.
Our goal is to make the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable so you can simply focus on soaking in these fleeting newborn moments.

One of the most common questions we hear from expecting moms is: "What should I wear for my maternity session?"

The good news? You don't have to figure it out alone.
At Image Is Everything Studios, every maternity session includes guidance on wardrobe selection to help you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. We offer access to our client closet featuring a variety of maternity gowns in different styles, colors, and sizes. Whether you prefer something elegant and flowing, soft and romantic, simple and timeless, or a more dramatic look, we'll help you choose options that fit your vision.
You're also welcome to wear your own clothing or create a combination of pieces from your wardrobe and our studio collection. We can photograph everything from casual family portraits to glamorous maternity images and everything in between.

Partners and children are welcome to participate.
Our goal is to make the experience stress-free so you can focus on enjoying this special season before your little one arrives.
