MAMA.

I’ve felt like a B level human most of my life.
A b level student.
A b level personality.
A b level face.
A b level artist with a b level clean house.
Then, I had kids and some days I even feel like a d level mama.

And then I remember how much I love them and how much the Lord loves me and that’s enough, that’s enough because I get everything I need from Him and if He can sustain the Lillie’s and the sparrows then He can sustain me and therefore I can sustain my girls. I can teach them where my source comes from.

Im still in a season of running to Him instead of within myself but I feel growth and strength and love inside of me that my mother showed me and I know it’s coming out in ways I don’t even see.

So no, Im no level b mama. Im level A, purified, sanctified, constantly being refined to be the mama Christ see when he looks at me.

I hope every mama feels this way this weekend. You were made to be theirs. You were made to draw living water from Jesus instead of the world or within your fragile heart and mind.

Thank you .lahood for allowing me to see myself as their mama and love every bit of it in these images. You are magical.

Erin and Blake’s beautiful sunny ceremony! Complete with a beer boy and a wedding party cheers at the end! P.s. I sat on this fountain during the ceremony and my dress got soaked while ants crawled up my ankles 👀 had to play it cool. But all things turned out wonderful!

A few snaps from Hilary and Brandon’s day!

I’ve been dropping the ball on posting because I feel as if I have to make a big long story - like post or make it aesthetic and it’s been exhausting so now I’m just posting what I can without any expectations; Snippets of such big moments I get to share with everyone! I’m telling my brain to be quiet when it says that what I post isn’t enough. I’m not a content creator. I don’t have to be enough. Last Sunday was this beautiful sunny, windy day with Brooke and Chris! They were celebrated in her family home filled with childhood memories and people who love them so evidently. The love of Jesus was all around and this day was such an encouragement to my heart. Congratulations Brooke and Chris! coordinated this gorgeous day!
