Soooo many good sessions lately! I had to share a sneak peak of this one though. I *mainly* photograph families these days, and while I LOVE the littles it was so nice to shoot a session without having to play peak a boo and dance around like a circus monkey to get some smiles 😂😂 How cute are these two though? We’ve known Taylor and Brittany for almost a decade and he still looks at her the same way ❤️❤️

This session is so near and dear to my heart! I used to be Morgan and Connor's nanny way back when we lived in Charlotte. Morgan was 4 and Connor had just turned 1 when I started working with their family. They quickly became like a second family to me! Fresh out of school and newly engaged, Patricia took me under her wing and became like an older sister to me ❤ I cannot believe how grown up the kids are. And Patricia still looks exactly the same as she did 9 years ago 💁🏻‍♀️

One of my favorite things about photography is getting to meet and connect with awesome people that I would not have originally crossed paths with. Or reconnect, in this case. This family is one of them! Turns out we originally met about 5 years ago in Albuquerque (heyyyyy military life lol) but didn't realize we were living in the same town again until recently. Small world! Anywho, happy 2nd birthday Ethan!

They are married!! We spent the weekend in beautiful Gatlinburg Tennessee documenting these two and their love story. Aarecca's gorgeous hair contrasting against the wild backdrop has got me like 😍😍

They also had the cutest little ring bearer you ever did see, but I may be just a tad biased 😉

When Erika contacted me about booking a grandma and grandkids session for her mother in law's birthday, I thought it was the sweetest idea! We had a blast on our little "picnic" and these are definitely photos that will be cherished for generations to come

This little guy was hamming it up for his one year birthday photos 😂 After being re-scheduled a few times due to weather and delayed planes, we finally got the session done. So happy that his daddy was able to be there for their photos and for his first birthday! As always, thank you to the men, women and their families for your service 🇺🇸

Helloooooooo Facebook world! It has been a while since I last posted on here! I took a little hiatus from my photography business this past year to focus on my family and I am finally ready to start booking a limited number of sessions each month.

I’m going to get super see-through with y’all. I had baby #2 at the beginning of the summer 2017, and for me it has been a really tough transition going from 1 to 2 kids. I found myself getting overwhelmed easily. I was trying to fit way too much on my plate and by the end of the day I would look back at all I “accomplished” that day and feel like a failure because half of the things I wanted to do didn’t get done. I was starting to feel scatterbrained (hello mom brain) and just overall rundown. Needless to say, extra time was sparse. So, I decided to take a step back, readjust my priorities and my expectations of myself and focus on the things that truly matter; my family being priority number one.

Now that Jess is 7 months old I feel like I finally have a little bit of a handle on our routine and have some small amounts of free time during our days (whoa knock on wood! 😂). I am ready and itching to get some sessions up and going again and will be opening up some slots here soon. Check out my work and message me if you are interested in chatting more:
