A Bald Eagle just as cool as could be getting some time alone. We spotted it near the softball field in Pine Bluff Regional Park after I had seen it's mate (presumably) way across Lake Saracen sitting on a nest. I had been hoping to spot a Bald Eagle close enough to get a picture and it worked out just right. Taken while on our fun weekly birding trip with friends.

LIFT OFF! Another fun shot from yesterday's weekly fun birding trip with friends. A Yellow Rumped Warbler (also know as a Butter Butt) was perched on the vine and as I was watching it, it decided to move somewhere else giving me the opportunity to take the shot. Taken at Pine Bluff Regional Park.

This is not in Arkansas, it is in Salem Massachusetts. My wife and I had taken a trip to the north east states and had stopped in Salem, you know the place where they had the witch trials. While there we went to the harbor and spotted this ship that looked like it was from a few centuries back. Turns out it is a replica of the Friendship of Salem of a 1797 East Indiaman merchant ship. Taken in 2010.

Using my way back machine I found the Nina docked in Pine Bluff Regional Park. The Nina is recognized for it's historical accuracy using traditional methods and hand tools in replication of the Nina from 1492. The picture was taken during it's visit in 2007.

I used my way back machine to go back to 2010, I know it looks like 1920 or so and that was the whole idea. The Cannonball Motorcycle Run came though Arkansas on Highway 79 from Stuttgart to Pine Bluff and split at the "Y" near Atlhiemer and that's where I took this picture of # 49, Frank Westfall NY on his 1914 Henderson taking the corner. I thought it was period correct and entered in the Jefferson County Fair and was awarded a Blue Ribbon for it. I hope you enjoy it.
