One of the things I love about doing these bo***ir marathons is watching women lift other women up! The women in the room during HMU & in between sessions – most of whom have never met before – become each other’s biggest hype squad.

Another thing I love is watching someone walk in saying “I’m still not sure about this..” or “I almost cancelled…” and then leave standing a little taller, smiling a little bigger, and feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin. I will never get tired of witnessing the switch in demeanor!

This is so much more than a photoshoot. It’s a chance to step outside of your comfort zone and celebrate yourself. 🤍

What is a rain room? 🌧 Here's an idea.

I know, I know. Kind of looks like something out of a haunted trail or low budget horror film 🤣

Trust the process! The picture in the session banner was the next day with this exact setup!

This was last year when I first had the idea. The rough draft if you will! The concept will be the same - black walls, black floor, dramatic lights, "rain", oh and! I have a fog machine for steam! This year there will be a black cloth backdrop instead to prevent those thin bright lines on the wall and keep the ground from being so slick.

I'll update when I set up this year's room. Can't put it up too early due to the wind coming off the fields from this tropical storm system, but soon!

🖤❤️ Branding, but make it fun ❤️🖤

Put 3 very unserious women in a room together and we are 1000% going to absolutely crush a session! It was so hard to narrow it down to only sharing a handful, but I had to give Taylor her much deserved spotlight!
