The New Castle County Median Sales Price in January was $174,000, down -20.2% from $217,950 in January of 2011 and down -7.4% from $188,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in January was $198,237, down -20.2% from $248,316 in January of 2011 and down -4.6% from $207,831 last month. January 2012 ASP was at the lowest level compared to January of 2011 and 2010.
