Forgot to post this on Monday. Also i will be taking a small step back from weather for a very short time to re center myself. I will still be active in forecasting and storm chasing in the field. I just need a few days to not worry about what the weather is doing. El nino is in full effect which can make or break the rest of the season.

This is looking at later this afternoon around 8pm. A clustered line if storms fire up just before the river and build as they move East North East throughout the evening. Nothing too concerning for the pierre/ft pierre areas but definitely farther East could get some serious wind and hail as it developes into a bow echo windbag. 605 Chaser and Anglin Storm Intercept are setting up around watertown to take the brunt of the system.

Well things just got exciting... I will be monitoring this situation very closely. In the event that things start to fire up this afternoon/evening please have a way to receive alerts and have a shelter plan ready to go. Right now models cannot agree with each other so I will be checking them throughout the day.
