There is something undeniably magical about an estate garden wedding in late summer. The way the light filters through old trees, the stillness of historic stone walls, and the feeling that time slows down just a little. This wedding at Welkinweir Estate in Pottstown, Pennsylvania was all of that and more.

Classic Black Tie Philadelphia Wedding at The Lucy on the Blog

Classic black-tie September wedding at The Lucy by Cescaphe in Philadelphia. A timeless Center City wedding venue perfect for elegant, luxury celebrations.

1. All three rings. Your engagement ring, and both bands! They always photograph best together.

2. Your full invitation suite. Including envelopes, stamps, or wax seals. Bonus if you include any other paper goods you have for the day, think menus or ceremony programs.

3. Vow books.

4. Jewelry, hair pieces, and perfume.

5. Any meaningful keepsakes and your something borrowed, blue and new if you have them.

7. Shoes.

8. A few loose blooms from your florist can take your detail photos to the next level.

9. A pretty ring box if you have one, or anything that represents your style and theme. I have a few neutral colors if you don’t have one.

10. Groom details such as shoes, tie, belt, suspenders, cufflinks, cologne, watch and boutonnière.

Bonus tip: Pack everything in one box the week before your wedding. Then, when I arrive I can just grab the box from you and you aren’t scrambling to find everything ;)
