Hi I’m Raquel 👋🏼 A wedding photographer based in the beautiful Arizona desert.

I picked up my camera back in 2012 and have been documenting weddings and love stories for over a decade now.

I don’t talk about it enough, but one of my favorite parts of this industry is coaching other photographers. There’s something so special about helping you step into your confidence, refine your craft, and build a business that actually feels aligned with your life.

Over the years, I’ve learned so much through experience, trial and error, and being behind the scenes on so many wedding days and sessions. Getting to pour that into you, whether it’s through coaching calls or hands on mentorship, truly lights me up.

Little things that can make your wedding day feel more prepared (not necessary… just nice 🤍)

• Practice your kiss or dip before the aisle → so you feel natural and not rushed in the moment
 • Read your vows out loud beforehand → it helps with nerves and flow so you can stay present
 • Do a hair and makeup trial → no guessing, just confidence walking into your day

A couple more I always recommend: • Build in a few quiet minutes together → even just 5 minutes to breathe and soak it in makes everything feel slower and more intentional
 • Have your details (rings, invites, shoes) set aside → it saves time and keeps your morning feeling calm instead of chaotic

Booking 6 hours might look like the better number on paper, but giving your wedding day 8 -10 hours of photography coverage completely shifts the pace of your experience.

More time means you are not rushing through portraits. It means hugs get to linger. It means you are not watching the clock during cocktail hour.
It means you can actually enjoy that drink with your buddies. Take the selfies with your girls without someone saying “we have to go.” Let the dance floor moment unfold because it naturally broke out. Sneak away for sunset without feeling stressed.

Your wedding day is not a photoshoot.

It is a once in a lifetime gathering of your favorite people. When the timeline breathes, you breathe. And that is when the most beautiful, honest moments happen. That being said can a wedding be documented in 6 hours, yes 100% but just something to consider as you plan 🤍

✨ All your detail photos ✨ The actual first look moment (yes, the butterflies) ✨ Individual bride + groom portraits ✨ A big chunk of your couples portraits ✨ Wedding party photos

Which means… after ceremony? You get to actually enjoy cocktail hour, hug your people, and breathe it all in instead of rushing through a photo list.

First looks aren’t for everyone. But if you love the idea of a calm timeline, dreamy portraits with fresh hair and makeup, and more time with your guests… it might be your move.

Intentional timeline = relaxed energy = better photos 🤍

We had the entire Wrigley Mansion to ourselves and yes… we absolutely ran with it 🤍

Room to room, balcony to balcony, golden light pouring in, zero crowds, just the two of them soaking it all in. Engagement sessions like this feel less like a photoshoot and more like a date night with a third wheel holding a camera.

There is something about Wrigley Mansion that just hits different. The architecture, the history, the way the light wraps around you. It feels timeless and a little cinematic in the best way.

Proof that your engagement photos do not have to feel stiff or posed. They can feel like you, just dressed up, in a place that feels iconic.
