It has been over a year since I last posted; to be fair it’s been close to a year since I really picked up a camera for fun. My day job with SkyCam takes most of my time now but after actually traveling with my camera gear on this job I got the itch again. Will hopefully be posting more soon.

I received an odd message this morning and the takeaway from it was that I am not available for hire. THIS IS FALSE! I am absolutely available for hire for whatever your photography needs may be. Family shoots, senior photos, event photos, whatever it is I will never just say "no" to someone asking about what I can provide. Inquiries can be sent either via Facebook or my contact info is listed in the About section on my website.

I will provide watermarked proofs and you can pick up to 20 photos that you would like to be delivered at full resolution. Photos and video are retouched before final delivery.

Spent Easter weekend with First Baptist Church in Jasper covering a morning of smoking hams sold by the youth for camp funds as well as their annual Easter Breakfast and Service.

Upgraded a bit with a Sony a7RIV and got a chance to go tag along with some friends for a round at Margaritaville last Friday. Edited using Lightroom Classic. Used a 24-70mm f/2.8, 20mm f/1.8, and an 85mm f/1.8.

As it turns out there is another business already registered in the State of Texas with the name "A Shot Above Photography." Therefore, I will be dropping that name and just using my own name moving forward.
