Back at one of my favorite desert spots after way too long, and it did not disappoint 🌵✨

This crew came in from out of town to visit their Sun Devil, and it was such a special evening. So much laughter, so many hugs, and that kind of effortless connection you can’t pose. It just is 🥰

Sessions like this remind me why I love what I do… beautiful light, a stunning backdrop, and a family that makes my job feel easy 💛

Do you know what I love so much about my job? I can put it into words, but being there for these moments is sometimes indescribable…

I love the artistry of photography, but it’s the people, the witnessing that I get to do, that really fuels my passion 🔥 Big milestones, small intimacies, huge growth…I have the honor of bearing witness to it all, and better than that, of handing it back to my clients for them to see of themselves ❤️

Maybe I’m just a photography nerd, but I think that’s SO special, and I don’t take the privilege lightly…

I had such a blast capturing Chloe’s graduation photos, and the last time I captured this girl, she was only 11 years old! I got to see her transform 🌟 And it was beautiful to reconnect and know her now after I knew a part of her then.

Soaking up time with my own family and being present…but I had to share this one. This sweet family visiting from out of town and exploring Sedona, making memories in the most beautiful place. So grateful I got to capture it for them to remember forever ✨

I know my family often gets caught up with our video games and favorite tv shows…COUCH TIME! But I’m thinking we’re due for a picnic, a walk to the park, a long bike ride. The summer heat is creeping in on us way too quickly, but NOW is the time to take advantage of these breezy cool morning and soft shady afternoons. Spring is in the air, and there is no denying the beauty of a sunny day with grass between your toes and the wind in your hair.

Excuse me while I go take my morning coffee to the backyard now….

The rest of the country may be deep in winter, but springtime is coming here in AZ 🌸 and I’m so ready to soak in the sunshine and beautiful weather! Park days, long walks, deep breaths…and sessions packed with loads of joy, a bit of chaos, and most importantly lots of love.

The holiday season is always busy with family sessions, but don’t forget how good it feels to just be present and playful with your family on a beautiful day outdoors ☀️ I’m ready to make my own family memories this Spring, but I’d be so so happy to help initiate and capture yours as well 🥰

Are you kidding me?!? Who else had super dorky, hands under the chin, sitting backwards on a chair, in front of some awful cheesy backdrop type of senior photos 🖐️ How do the kids these days always kill it like they’ve been modeling for years? They’re a different (way cooler) breed, I swear 😂🥰

Capturing their season of closing chapters and new beginnings is always such an honor ✨ Senior sessions are always so special ❤️
