The world is heavy right now. It’s so hard to parent and provide normalcy for your family when we see new atrocities every day. I see your struggle, it’s mine, too. But now is the time to make our voices heard. Do not stay silent in the face of oppression and injustice. We teach our children right from wrong, how to stand up for the other, stand up to the oppressor, now we need to show them.

Sneak peek/your gallery is ready! Check your email!! We had so much fun chasing this adorable two and a half year old all over the preserve. I hadn’t seen him since he was a tiny baby, and it was a joy to meet his brother!

We found the comet! We saw Tsuchinshan-ATLAS in the western sky on the highway that goes out past Lake Pleasant. We even made friends at our pull out, and we traded portraits! It was so much cooler than I had expected. The boys were brave and wandered into the desert with us, and were pretty patient while we took photos. Tonight was supposed to be the best night for viewing, but it should be visible until Oct. 26th.
