This is exactly why I love photographing brands with a really clear personality. ✨⁠

For Lana, founder of , we wanted the photos to feel the same way Local Bestie does: warm, polished, welcoming and like someone already has everything handled for you.⁠
⁠
We photographed her in a gorgeous Scottsdale home and brought the brand to life through all the little pieces that make it hers. Welcome baskets, baby gear, kitchen moments, poolside photos, branded details and, of course, Lana herself.⁠

Some photos showed what Local Bestie does. Others were simply about letting people get to know the person behind the business.⁠

And that mix is always one of my favorite parts of a brand session.⁠

Nobody warned me that loving your job this much was even possible. 😭

Like I genuinely look forward to every single shoot. Every new person. Every moment someone sees their photos and their whole face changes.

I started this thing almost 6 years ago and I still cannot believe this is just my life now. 📸

Before I ever pick up my camera I have already answered emails, sent contracts, handled my own finances, managed my social media, scheduled shoots, and figured out my own marketing.⁠
