Ahhh, the industry, I have to say, that there are few things I dislike about it. I would have to say my biggest would be properly cleaning "toys". I don't enjoy that at all. I do however make sure it is done well. But I don't enjoy it. Secondly? Flaky models or people in general. "the I wanna..." and the "I can't wait ta..." yeah those are the worst. Maybe because unlike my predecessors I love what I do so I am invested whole heartedly. My passion is reflected in each shot. Accept any shot where there are bare feet. Ewww. It's true I do hate feet. I have seen a pair or two but they are as random sightings as bigfoot. (see what I did there).
If you are professional, then be professional. If you don't recall who the hell I am or some fan or some client just be like, "My apologies I met some many people lately, could you remind me kindly?" and if they act like their feelings are hurt, TOO BAD. You did the proper thing and were honest with them. In out industry and I would suggest ANY industry honesty is needed way more than that political fake cheesing and grinning that makes the other person feel like you really give a damn about their interest. Models are supposed to be canvasses for you to throw your inner visions on (take that how you will). I understand some models are more than that, they are actually names, or and IP and in that case, you are no longer JUST a model. Unless you've been paid to.... model. Feedback?
