Every time I met Sasaki-san I got to experience something new. This time he has organized Bon Odori(Japanese summer festival) in Kenya. First time in Africa at this scale. Flew in the food vendors and performers from Japan to keep it authentic. I’m sure he had multiple reasons why he decided to do it but he will say he just wanted to eat Japanese Castella. Which you would typically eat them at a festival.
I hope to achieve the level of creative freedom he has.
