Extended family photos be like:

Grandma’s ready.
Grandpa’s ready.
All the adults are looking.
The big kids understood the assignment.

And then there’s the toddler. 😂

Suddenly the success of this entire family photo is riding on whether I can get one tiny human to look in my general direction for 0.5 seconds.

So yes… sometimes I’m behind the camera thinking:

don’t make me sing.

Because I WILL pull out Baby Shark if I have to. 🦈😂

There are 14 people counting on you, little buddy. LOOK AT ME. 📸

I loved everything about this photo....her dress (I love flowy dresses), the green behind them, and the golden sun.

I appreciate this season. It's the calm before the storm when I can appreciate the little things.

Summer is officially done as far as the school calendar is concerned here in the Phoenix valley. And I can tell when it happens as my bookings for are coming in hot!!!
Yippee!!!!!! I I’m so glad to be getting full and busy again!!!!

2 kids under two years old, have fun with it mom and dad. I may prompt you for dancing, tickles, running, exploring, or lifting your kids in the air.

And at the end of the photoshoot when I'm delivering those galleries, all those movement shots can give us something different that we honestly couldn't not have planned for. I love this part of my job - getting my camera home and realizing what are my favorite photos from the session that were definitely not planned for. 🙃

Let’s be honest for a second.

One of the biggest worries parents have before a family photo session is, “What if my kids won’t cooperate?”

Don’t worry, we don’t start with acting all goofy and silly. I get to know you, and See if l can pick up on your vibe.

And then I try to create some movement getting those
genuine, natural good photos.

And if ask you to do something, l am more than happy to set the example. Cause I promise you will do it way better than me!
