I think it’s so important to put ourselves in situations that get us out of our comfort zone. I truly believe it’s where we really grow.
and I were on a road trip through Oregon when we took these and it just seemed like every time we found a place to shoot it was around 11:30-noon 😆

Happy Monday!
it’s been a little while! I have been exploring the beautiful island of Maui. I can’t really tell you the last trip I’ve been on that I didn’t pick up a camera to create in some way or been able to explore just for the sake to explore. I went back and forth with myself about creating here. I decided it was best for me to unplug. Don’t get me wrong…I still wish I was haha but I guess I didn’t really realize how much I needed this! A long nonstop busy season left me feeling pretty drained.
I am excited to reconnect and start by posting these lovely photos. Giving me some European vibes—

one magical elopement in the
redwoods—
J&M’s original wedding plans got delayed in 2020 but in 2021 they decided to head to a place they have always wanted to visit—the redwoods.
These two I have to say went through so many obstacles to make this happen from delayed flights, road closures, weather…you name it, but it didn’t matter. We made it happen.
They said their vows surrounded by massive redwoods and later ended the day on a nearby beach for sunset.
In the last picture you will see how we were welcomed by these incredible rays that came pouring through the trees shortly after they said ‘I do’.

I am here to tell you that your wedding is YOUR day and you should celebrate it by staying true to who YOU are as a couple.
