Happy Monday, Pburg Empanada Foodies!
This week, we're excited to share our Christmas week hours at THE SHOP, conveniently located right here in town at 60 Main Street, across from the Apothecarium Dispensary.
On Monday, we'll be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the morning. During Christmas Eve, you can stop by between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to pick up our festive Empanada Flight Box, which includes a selection of 12 assorted empanadas chosen by us, or you can opt for a single flavor. On Saturday, we're open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Join us on Tuesday for our 2nd Annual Blessing The Tree Buffet Event at Ase Records, located at 360 Chambers Street. The event runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that some plans have changed, so we won't be able to offer the trolley service as initially discussed. However, Santa Helpers will still be part of the celebration, with Chef Joe or Aaron dressed in Santa costumes. We'll keep the holiday spirit alive with Pictures, Christmas music, a live reggae band, and a hearty Hot Food Buffet featuring Garlic Explosion Empanadas, yellow rice, beans, popcorn chicken, baked ziti, baked mac and cheese, baby green salad, assorted Krispy Kreme donuts, various drinks, desserts, and a coffee and hot cocoa bar and more.
This heartfelt event is organized with prayerful guidance to the Lord Jesus Christ, seeking blessings for all attending. It’s especially designed to support families facing challenges, single-parent households, the underserved, and those experiencing homelessness. Our goal is to provide you with a joyful Christmas, filled with love and hope. We’ll have a variety of gifts suitable for children from babies up to teenagers—each child will receive at least two gifts. Additionally, there will be plenty of food available for you to enjoy on-site or take home, with take-out containers and dinner kits ready for your holiday celebration.
Live music will be playing around 4:30 p.m., creating a warm, festive atmosphere. Come mingle with us, feel the love from caring community members, and help us make a better Pburg. We look forward to celebrating the spirit of giving and community with you all.
