I had the opportunity to experience the flower show this year. A great friend of mine got me a pass. I felt so privileged to go especially where the last few weeks have been a whirlwind for me. It was nice to enjoy life’s pleasures. I was truly in awe. The music. The vibe. The ambience. So much work went into every detail to make these displays of art. As I walk around a few thoughts came to my mind and I would like to share with you. I was thinking about my aunt’s who recently passed. She would’ve loved all of this event as she loved nature and art so much. I thought about my dad who is also passed… He proposed to my Mom at the flower show when I was a little girl. And I thought about why I connect with nature so much. As I looked at the flowers, I thought wow every flowers is completely different full of details full of life. Flowers are like us human beings. They’re different in every way and some of them aren’t as perfect and have flaws. But they’re still beautiful. My mind was full of thoughts. My soul was filled with happiness. What a great day.
