Every day, we have thousands of thoughts running through our heads. Each thought can be filtered into one of two categories: positive or negative. We cannot stop the negative thoughts from coming. What we can do is quickly sort them into the negative bin and get rid of them before they begin to fester and plant themselves in our brain. If we dwell on them, we begin to believe them. The same is true for the positive thoughts. We have to quickly store them in our memory and review them over and over again. Our truth becomes what we think and what we speak. Those positive ideas, we have to speak over and over again. It's only when we speak those ideas that they begin to manifest and become our reality. What positive ideas will YOU phocus on speaking into existence today?

We all go through our struggles. The more stress that is put on us, the more we feel we can not take any more. What we forget to realize is that we are much stronger than we believe we are. While we are going through it, we can not look at the big picture and think this will never end. We must take baby steps. We need to phocus on simply getting over the next hurdle that life is throwing at us. Once we get over the first one, the second one gets a little easier, and before we know it, we are back on our feet once again. What hurdle are you phocused on getting over today?

Have you ever been going through the day in a bad mood when suddenly you run into someone who is so joyful that it lifts the spirit inside of you and brightens your day? Moods are contagious. If we hang around miserable people, we become miserable. If we hang around those who are happy, we are too. I know it is much easier said than done, but we must make it our mission to find the positive things in negative aspects of our lives. By doing so, we, in turn, become happier by nature. When we let that joyfulness within us overflow to the people we come in contact with, it will brighten up their day. Remember, we never know what someone is going through. It has never had a negative impact when trying to lift people up. How are YOU phocused on spreading joy today?
