I know this isn't the most relevant thing to be posting right now, but considering that I haven't been able to earn any income, get government assistance (I got $1000 from EIDL that went straight to rent) or even collect unemployment since the state was shutdown on March 17th... I truly need to spread the word that I am available to work again!
Assuming all goes well, PA should be moving to the yellow phase Friday, June 5th. This means I can start to accept bookings for headshots, commercial, corporate work, etc... All precautions will be taken, including social distancing, masks (worn by the photographer, not the subject), sanitizing measures and contactless payment and delivery of images.
This has been a trying and difficult time for us all. I am so proud of my Philadelphia friends and business owners who have persevered through these last few months. And I mourn the businesses and livelihoods that have been lost (Farmacia in particular, I met so many clients there, I should have been paying you rent! I'm heartbroken). I was forced to shut down and consolidate Collective Table into my new space, so I understand the pain.
In regard to the most recent events of injustice and racism, I hope we all take the time to learn, focus on change, live better and focus on being a part of the solution. In the coming weeks I will be announcing workshops and other events that will take place at Old City Social that aim to educate and bring people together - because
