There are few things that make me as happy (and honored) as being asked back by this family to capture their seasons of life! Kat and I met by accident: While setting up for a mom's group meeting, I had lost my wallet - containing my very first payment for a photo shoot - and she jumped up from the meeting she was having and helped me look for it. When I mentioned my photography payment was in my wallet, her face lit up and she said, "You do family photography?" and the rest is history! (Yes, we found my wallet, to my deep relief! )
Matt and Kat have consistently supported me and my work, and they have a special place of affection in my heart!
Happy 1st Birthday, Colton! You are A.DOR.ABLE!

The best part of newborn photoshoots are the babysnuggles! I had a delightful time capturing Christy and Moses and their new, tiny bundle of beautiful, baby Rachel!

When Judith invited me to photograph her newborn girl's naming ceremony, I certainly didn't expect to be lifted with joy, and feel a part of the family and community as a sister - but that is exactly what happened!

We found out that day that this little sweetheart was named for her grandmothers AND her grandfathers! Her first name, two middle names, and last name all reflect honor and appreciation for her grandparents who love her with everlasting love!

Welcome, Hadassah Catherine Akua Sones! You are already a queenly child of God!

Sneaks of sweet baby Sebastian are here! (Plus an extra photo at the end that I haven't yet posted on IG, if you follow me there! 💕)

I was so thrilled to be asked to photograph the Huron family, but when we were ironing out the details, we realized I'd be away when Bas was due! 😧 I *may* have prayed that he would take his time arriving 😅- I'm sure Rebecca would have preferred an earlier date! But it all worked out and I was exceptionally happy to capture this sweet time for the Hurons. They are such a warm and inviting family, and by the end Ollie was asking me to hold him while he directed me around the house and told me all about what he was doing - absolutely stealing my heart!
