The best part (also maybe the most difficult) thing about creating unique content is selling the rights to the footage you already captured. Especially if the client wants exclusivity! 💰💰 I shot this in 2017 working for a commercial real estate developer and sold it in 2020 during The height of Corona to a videographer in Maryland... 🙌🏿
