New York doesn't reveal itself in five minutes. It rewards those who wait.
I spent almost three hours at Summit One Vanderbilt, not chasing the perfect photo, but watching a city change.
The skyline shifted from soft afternoon light to a golden storm. Clouds rolled in. Rain drifted across Manhattan. The lights slowly began to wake up, one building at a time.
Thousands of people came and went.
I stayed.
Photography has taught me that sometimes the best thing you can do is stand still. The city keeps moving, the weather keeps changing, and eventually, if you're patient enough, the moment arrives.
These aren't just photos of New York.
They're three hours of waiting, watching, learning, and appreciating one of the world's busiest cities from above.
Every skyline has a story.
This one simply asked me to slow down before telling it.

July 2025 | Isle of Mull, Scotland ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
One of my favourite travel memories wasn't made from a hotel room. It was made from a campsite overlooking the Isle of Iona.
As the sun slowly disappeared beyond the horizon, the silhouette of the historic Iona Abbey stood quietly across the water, reminding me that some places carry centuries of stories before we ever arrive.
Camping on the Isle of Mull taught me to slow down. To appreciate simple evenings, breathtaking landscapes, and the freedom that comes from carrying only what you need.
Scotland didn't just give me incredible views. It gave me a new appreciation for camping, for nature, and for travelling at a pace where every sunset becomes part of the journey.
Some memories aren't measured by the distance travelled, but by the moments that make you stop and simply take it all in.

Power. Timing. Perspective.
Every wave has its own story, but only for a fraction of a second. Watching this swell explode against the cliffs while a seabird soared above was one of those moments that reminds me why I carry a camera.
I'm excited to share that I've entered this photograph into the The Natural World category of the Australia Zoo Photography Competition.
Whatever the result, I'm grateful for the chance to celebrate the beauty and raw power of our natural world through photography. ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ“ธ

From the red sands of Harts Range to the smiles that make the outback so special, these moments remind me that cricket is about far more than runs and wickets. It's about community, belonging, resilience and the simple joy of playing together.
These are the stories I love documenting through my lens. Stories that show the heart of remote Australia. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ
I've entered these images into Rural Aid Australia's Spirit of the Bush Photography Competition. Whether they place or not, I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to capture moments like these in the Red Centre.
Wish me luck! ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ“ธ

Every place has a story.
Some tell it through history. Others through symbols.
The Charging Bull reminded me that optimism isn't about believing every day will be good. It's about believing the future is worth building.
I've always been a bull. ๐Ÿ‚

Those words have stayed with me since I first watched Rocky.
Growing up, Rocky wasn't just a boxing movie. It became a lesson in resilience. A reminder that setbacks are part of the journey, whether it's in cricket, fitness, work, photography, or life itself.
There have been wins worth celebrating and moments that tested me. Through every challenge, I've found myself coming back to this quote. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep moving forward.
Today, standing in front of the Rocky statue wasn't about recreating a movie scene. It was about paying tribute to a character whose mindset has quietly shaped the way I live my life.
Because in the end, the greatest fight isn't against an opponent. It's against the person you were yesterday.

"It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."

That line has stayed with me long before I stood here.

For every setback, every challenge, every small victory that nobody sees, Rocky reminds us that resilience is a choice. Standing in front of this statue wasn't about recreating a movie scene. It was about paying tribute to a mindset that has inspired millions, including me.

Philadelphia, this one was for the fan boy in me. ๐ŸฅŠ

Some days, I'm behind the camera.
Other days, my brother convinces me to step in front of it.
Photography has always been more than taking pictures for me. It's about slowing down, observing the little details, and finding stories in ordinary moments.
Grateful to have someone who can turn the lens around every now and then.
