We’re Alex & Chelsea Ferkh! Your two extra wedding guests that bring their cameras. 📸 We met in college and long story short, we fell in love and got married!

Our names are Alex and Chelsea Ferkh and we are the two people behind True Fold. Now, we live right outside of Philadelphia, PA with our son Carter and our crazy cat Lily. With both of us having degrees in photography we naturally joined forces and built up our business to what it is today. Over the past 10 years, we have had the privilege to do all types of work in the photography industry but the one genre we absolutely fell in love with was documenting weddings and couples love stories. Even after 250+ weddings we still love it and wouldn't do anything else. We truly cherish all of the connections we've made since we started True Fold and can not wait for future ones. If you would like to chat with us about your wedding or love story please feel free to reach out to us via our website, Instagram, or Facebook.

Holly + Denny

Every space we photograph on a wedding day has its own feel, and we always try to let that come through in the photos.

One room was bright, soft, and full of natural light. The other was dark, warm, and moody. Two completely different spaces, and that’s kind of the point.

We’re not trying to make every wedding or every room look the same. We’d rather work with what’s already there and capture the atmosphere of the space.

We want you to remember what it actually felt like to be there.

Lately I’ve really been enjoying hanging out with our couples during their engagement sessions. Getting to know them, hearing their stories, and making a real connection before the wedding has been one of my favorite parts.

Here’s a few photos of Katie and Kevin at Appleford
