Was that not the most amazing October ever, weather-wise?? 🍁 The leaves held on all month, painting the perfect backdrop for so many beautiful sessions. I want to thank each of my amazing clients from last month—I came back from surgery feeling stronger than ever, and the beauty of October really fueled my creativity. I’m working hard on everyone’s galleries, finishing up today and tomorrow, and will have them to you very soon!

This sweet family of three brought so many smiles and was an absolute joy to work with. It’s always so much fun to have families come back to me again because I love seeing everyone grow!

These photos popped up in my personal Facebook memories today, and I realized I never shared them here on Instagram! Out of all the photoshoots I’ve been involved in on the other side of the camera, this one stands out as one of my absolute favorites. It was a chance to truly honor who I am and document it in a meaningful way. Thank you for these!

As much as I love the 90s, I’ve definitely changed from the girl I was back then, and I’m still evolving. These pictures served as a beautiful reminder to embrace the fun and quirky side of me and to never forget her, even when life demands a more serious tone. Life is short, and we have to have fun while we’re living it!

Of the 24 years since we said goodbye to the 90s, I’ve been a photographer for 13 of them, and that’s not going to change anytime soon! I’m currently on a short hiatus after my recent surgery, but I’ll be back to shooting soon. I can’t wait to get behind the camera again and continue capturing your own special memories!

Whether you’ve been a friend of mine since Orbitz was still a drink and not an airline company, or joined me sometime along the way on this crazy journey called life… I appreciate each and every one of you for adding to my life in a meaningful way. You rock! 🤟🏻 or as we said in the 90s, you are da bomb dot com 💣

Meet Ava, Class of 2025!!

I had the absolute pleasure of capturing Ava’s senior photography session at my favorite spot, Lapham Peak, this past weekend. The wildflowers were blooming like crazy, and the weather was just perfect!

Ava was a joy to work with, and this session brought back so many memories. I’ve photographed this wonderful family many times, and most notably, her older sister was one of my first high school senior clients over 12 years ago! 📸

It was tough to pick just one preview because Ava’s photos turned out so beautifully. I’ll be sending a few extra to mom, but for now, check out stunning Ava!
