This post has been a long time in the making but I kept putting it off because it is such a hard one to put up. After 9 years of become a professional photographer, I will be taking a break behind the lens. I initially said I would be "retiring" from photography but as I know in my career as a serial entrepreneur, I never know what my future holds + which paths I may walk down again.
I am so thankful for the friends that turned into clients and the clients that turned into the best of friends over the years. Capturing your families, memories, milestones + weddings over the years is something that I poured my entire soul into + I never once took it for granted. I was able to have the best job, travel to places I had never been, meet the dopest people + catch up with old faces. You have all been very good to me and my family + for that I thank you. I thank those in the very beginning when I shot on automatic and used props and never knew what golden hour even was. You've been there from the beginning and allowed me to grow + challenge myself in ways I never thought possible. You allowed me more hours with my new babies + hubs at home and raising my own family and that is something I could never repay you for.
To my brides + grooms: I always loved celebrating your love. It always reminded me of my own vows and I loved being a part of your joy. and to the brides + grooms that took me to places I had yet to travel: thank you for allowing me to be a part of your big day in ways I could only dream.
