I am so behind on posting, but last weekend was closing ceremonies for our youth The Miracle League of Pensacola teams! Which was also the day all proceeds were turned in from the “pay what you can” sessions for families with disabilities I offered in honor of Autism Awareness Month!

With that being said, I want to thank each and every family who booked with me. Any donation to a non profit organization helps and this specific organization gives families a safe place to gather, have carefree fun, and be a part of a team.

14 families raised $700! WOW!🫶🏼🤩♥️

Also, for anyone needing community service hours or anyone wanting to help in general, we are ALWAYS needing volunteers for “buddy” helpers! A buddy helper will be paired with an individual to help assist during a game. You can go to their website at https://miracleleaguepensacola.org and register online to become a buddy. Fall season is approaching! Dates aren’t posted yet, but it’s usually between September to first week of November. Y’all sign up and come be a part of this beautiful community!😊

Attention expecting moms of Pensacola! I see a lot of women asking for personal preferences about where to deliver. I personally have delivered at Sacred Heart with Dr. Osterrieder (wonderful doctor and great labor/postpartum team!) THAT BEING SAID .. Baptist’s birthing suites are a DREAM!! If you plan to have a birth photographer (message me to book🫶🏼💌) they will thank you because the lighting is 😚🤌🏼

Also if you have been looking into getting a midwife, Kristen Rardin with The Blessed Midwife was phenomenal with my client! Hands down the most beautiful unmedicated birth I’ve got to witness. Officially team dad catching baby 😭 Shoutout to Taylor Cota and her husband for saving the best for last!!

Anyone waiting for “pay what you can” pictures, I apologize for the delay. I’ve had a sick kiddo and our routine is completely off. I plan to get everyone’s edits back to them this weekend! Let’s talk about what isn’t talked about enough. Family pictures for families with disabilities/special needs. As a photographer, someone who LOVES taking pictures, I dread my own family photos. My spectrum dude doesn’t pose or sit still, elopes, attracted to water, ALL THE THINGS. It makes photography hard if not experienced in the special needs department to keep a child safe while trying to also capture the beauty in your family dynamic. In honor of World Autism Awareness Day, and as a spectrum mom as well, I will be offering ‘pay what you can’ mini sessions to families with disabilities for the month of April! Sessions can be your location of choice and comfort. 100% of proceeds will be donated to The Miracle League of Pensacola! Share or tag someone you know and message me with any questions or requests! My LA girlies! I did a separate one for yall since there were a good bit of yall! I can’t offer the free birth session due to moving out of state and travel costs/needing to be on call for an extended amount of time before due date. But if you choose to use your discounted session for birth let me know and as long as it doesn’t overlap a Florida birth I will do my best to make it happen! ♥️
