A session that reminded me once again why I do what I do. Capturing you & your loved ones while you have full on belly laughs. For the families who want to have the memories to hold onto. For the ones who maybe it’s their last trip with a loved one 🫶🏼

I met Brittany and her family and immediately knew we were gonna have so much fun! Thankful she chose me to capture a memorable session for myself and for their family. When she reached out and told me this may be the last trip they can take with her mom, I knew it was going to be full of love.

Once again my kids are growing too fast in front of my eyes so I’m doing all I can to capture them growing. 🥹 when I asked her if I could do her photos she said “sure can we do some with my books?” And I said absolutely because they have been such a big part of her. She’s reading chapter books which blows my mind because just yesterday I was reading the very hungry caterpillar to her 😭

4 months old 💚🧸✨

As a photographer, I spend so much time capturing memories for other families that sometimes I forget how quickly my own kids are growing.

One day they’re reaching for your hand, and before you know it, they’re running ahead of you. The little smiles, the missing teeth, the messy hair, the way they look at you when they still think you’re their whole world—these moments don’t last forever.

That’s why I make it a priority to get the photos too. Not because everything is perfect, but because these are the memories I never want to forget.

Photos become more valuable with time. Years from now, our children won’t care if our hair was messy or if the house wasn’t spotless. They’ll just be grateful to have the memories.

Don’t wait for the perfect time. Capture the season, just like it is.
