Hello, September 💛 and that bittersweet feeling of waving goodbye to summer. Although, if we’re honest, being in Florida gives us a little bit more time in the sun! But I’m excited to cool off a bit

There’s something about these golden-hour, string-light, barefoot-in-the-grass moments that just scream summer wedding season, and Krislyn & Hugh’s day had all of it.

We’ve got a few more weeks of warm evenings left before fall creeps in around here, and I’m soaking up every last bit of it. 🌴✨

Jessica and Chace had every reason to move their ceremony inside, or even to another day, but they held onto the vision. Family and friends watching from the balcony, with just the two of them on the dock with water on both sides, and it turned out exactly how they’d pictured it 💛

So we waited. And waited. And the sky gave us an opening and we said now’s the time.

And right after they said I Do and the sky cleared, it gave us this🌈

Some things are worth waiting for, this wedding included 🤍
