Some throwback photos from March 31st of 2020... coming back into the United States from Roatan, Honduras at the original height of the Pandemic to virtually empty airports in Houston and Miami. What a strange and difficult year it has been...but this week is a reminder to be grateful for friends and family, our health, and to be hopeful for better times. Give a loved one a hug!

Last job I had the pleasure of doing on the island was a virtual tour for Vivaro Roatan. This is their Beach House property - which besides being fabulous, sleeps a huge amount of people. What an awesome family vacation rental! For everyone's sake on Roatan, I'm hoping better times are on the horizon.

Packing bags and heading out Monday. Just wanted to thank everyone for the hospitality, the new friendships, and sharing the endless beauty of the islands. I'm also thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the marketing efforts of the business and real estate community. Tourism will rebound! The stock footage video below is from drone work I have shot during my visit and any proceeds from any footage sales will be 100% contributed to the Sol Foundation Roatan. While out shooting real estate lots with my drone I'm always amazed at the beauty of the island from a birds eye view. There's also plenty of beauty on the ground too! If you need drone photography or video don't hesitate to contact me soon as I have travel plans approaching end of March.

Here's an example of a more complex, 30 image Virtual Tour of a resort. In the case of Guava Grove - Roatan travelers can really get a sense of the layout of the property and their rooms. Virtual tours can be shared on social media and they can be embedded on your own website. You'll notice the tour can be branded, contains your contact info and even has an email button to request more information - all within the tour.

On a separate note for property managers - there's no reason your rental property should suffer from poor images... after all, your renters are basing their initial impression of your property from a computer screen 1000 miles away.
