Some performances don’t just entertain you — they pull you all the way in. As a photographer, those are the moments I love capturing. The expressions you can’t plan, the movement between notes, the intensity that takes over when an artist is fully connected to what they’re creating.

Cat absolutely brought that energy to the stage in 30A. From the powerful vocals to the wild movement and emotion behind every song, this performance was alive from beginning to end. Capturing artists in their element like this is one of my favorite parts of photography — documenting the moments that happen naturally in front of a crowd and preserving them forever.

Live music moves fast. One second is gone the next. That’s why I love freezing those moments artists work so hard to create — the passion, the personality, and the atmosphere that make every show unique.

There’s something truly special about witnessing a practice unfold in nature like this.

As a photographer, I don’t just see the shapes of the poses — I get to see the relationship forming between the body and the land beneath it. The way the sun touches skin. The way breath slows to match the stillness around it. The way everything softens when nothing is being forced.

Out here, yoga becomes something different.

It’s not about perfection — it’s about presence.
Strength and softness existing in the same moment.
Focus, but without tension.
