Glassy Day

I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun this brand session with Erica was! I could’ve hung out ALL DAY.

Erica, lover of Jesus, jewels, and surfing. The jewelry from this little studio is shaped from 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻. It’s packed with color, love, and purpose.

As a long-time surfer, Erica uses the waste material from the board shaping process to create pieces that other strong and water-loving women will wear.

Why “Glassy Day”? The best days on the water are the ones with glassy, peeling waves. In Matthew 8, Jesus calms the storm, making it immediately glassy. The disciples were amazed and said, “Even the winds and the waves obey him.”

When the wind is 18+ mph on the beach, we pivot. And it makes even more beautiful photos than what you imagined! These were taken early afternoon, and I have to say I’m all for it. Bring on the sunshine! ☀️
