I love a sweet & simple 1 year old session 🥰

This sweet boy was not so sure, but he did spare us a few smiles. But I’m not gonna lie, I love a good crying photo too. 😆 As adults we learn to conceal our feelings, but children tell it like it is— especially babies and toddlers!!

Happy birthday to this sweet boy!! And this little fam is too precious for words 🩵🩵

Randall + Heaven ✨

It was a gorgeous May wedding for these two! Absolutely loved seeing all the personal details they put into their ceremony & reception. Heaven actually made the flower arch that led to their ceremony site, which was absolutely beautiful. It also made me smile because her husband was the first one to tell us about that huge feat she took on in preparation for this (how sweet, am I right?? 🥹🤍) And then we also got a couple pictures of their daughter in her mommy’s wedding dress (which were some of my absolute favorites!!)

Without a doubt, the details you put into your wedding are felt by everyone. And Mountain View Garden & Ballroom was the perfect backdrop for them 🤍

I’m baaacckkkk… I’ve been deep in the depths of editing through albums. But I’ve got several sessions to post.

Starting off with this ADORABLE family 🤍🤍
They were one of my very last sessions at 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 🥹 Lauren told me months ago that she wanted pictures here and when I found out it was closing, I had to make sure she got these done.

(I know Lauren personally, and it’s such an honor that she’s chosen me to be their family photographer time and time again. I never expect friends to automatically choose me as their photog, but it really does feel like an honor!! 🤍🤍🤍)

There’s something even sweeter about those first few Mother’s Days.

It all still feels fresh— because it is. You’re learning as you go, and you have the most adorable little human learning all the things from you. Those smiles and first words… goodness gracious what a blessing 🥹

Anyone interested in a last minute session at 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 on Saturday? I had one cancellation from 4-5. This will be the setup, minus bunnies!

This will be one of the last times to get pictures here, as they are closed permanently for sessions effective the next day! I can offer this as a 15 min, 30 min, or 1 hour long session before my other sessions that I’ve booked 🤍

I found a new favorite photo spot ✨✨

Hannah reached out to me about engagement photos a few weeks ago and asked me about taking them at Avondale Park. I have to be honest, I’ve never shot there before so I had to look up some pictures of it.

We got there and walked around the park to find an area with less people (and the perfect tree to prop this beautiful mirror that she made 😍😍) and found a trail up to the villa up the hill.

I must say, I think it was well worth the mini hike we went on 🤍

I’ve really enjoyed all the senior portraits I’ve gotten to take this year, and this is just one of them. Such a small world moment finding out she has plans to go to school to be a sonographer (I’m an x-ray tech myself 💀).
