By the time baby number four comes along, you’ve got a pretty good idea of what you’re doing.
You know how to change a diaper with one hand. You know that sleep is overrated (or at least you’ve learned to function without much of it). And you’ve learned that a quiet house usually means somebody is up to something.
But the best part? This baby has three big brothers who are VERY excited to welcome him to the family.
And that’s what I love about photographing big families. There’s so much going on, so many personalities, and so much love to capture.
Nobody needs to sit still or behave perfectly. In fact, I’d much rather they didn’t.
Because this is what life looks like with four boys. And I think it’s pretty wonderful.
