When I first met Leo on the basketball court, “shy” was probably the last word I’d use to describe him. 😆
So when he showed up to his graduation session a little quiet and unsure, I wasn’t surprised at all.
One of the biggest things parents tell me before a session is, “My child is shy in front of the camera.”
And honestly? That’s completely normal.
Most kids need a little time to warm up to someone they’ve just met. My job isn’t to expect perfect smiles the second they step in front of my camera. It’s to help them feel comfortable, have fun, and let their personality shine through at their own pace.
By the end of the session, the smiles were bigger, the confidence was growing, and we captured some amazing memories to celebrate this milestone.
Also, can we talk about the incredible sign his mom made?! 🎓👏
Congratulations, Leo! The future is bright, and I can’t wait to see all the places you’ll go. 💙
